With an effervescent history of characteristic scents inspired by the evocative, evasive and controversial lives of characters, Histoires de Parfums is humbled to collaborate with Baby Yors, the celebrated vocalist and fashion muse. The South American crooner and fashion darling known even launched his music video for his single Mundo Del Revés in 2020.  Baby Yors is a multihyphenate extraordinaire, who lives between New York and Los Angeles. He directs, dances, paints, sings, acts, and writes music, and has been published in Forbes, V Magazine, Bobblehaus, Billboard, Out Magazine, and more. 

His scent of choice: 1969.

As a child, Baby's flamboyance and love for theatrics made him distinct, but he also felt his artistry was stifled with a non-negotiable expectation of masculinity. "I was born in the mountains of the north of Argentina. My whole life I’ve fought for the freedom of my sexuality and the ones around me that had a similar upbringing.""1969 reminds me of so many things," says Baby. "It brings up fantasies of being in the 1960’s - being a part of the revolution of love. It brings memories, some that I’ve built while wearing this perfume for the past few years. Faces, places, emotions: those are some of the things that like pictures run through my mind every morning I put 1969 on. It’s delicate, but it’s a statement. 1969 is sensual and it evokes opulence and the austerity of the nude at the same time."
