Returns
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at uscustomerservice@histoiresdeparfums.com.
Return of Unsatisfactory or Damaged Products
We accept returns only on unopened products, excluding individual samples and discovery kits, which are final sale.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the order’s fulfillment date and are at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive your return at our logistics center, we will process your refund. Please allow 3 to 8 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
