I won't lie, I wish I had been able to order a sample of this before purchasing, but I'm learning to love it nonetheless. This is the first time I've owned a scent that smelled distinctly like lipstick (perhaps that's the iris note), but it's definitely interesting nonetheless.
I don't get a lot of the fruit notes - or the absinthe - but I do start to detect a little bit of the cinnamon on the drydown, which gives it that nose-tickling quality that keeps me intrigued.
It's definitely unique enough to keep in my wardrobe. And should I happen to have a vintage moment (and believe me, I do) I'm sure that I'll be spraying this on to keep the mood alive.
